When the JobCatcher AI service is active for a Customer, we process phone numbers and SMS message content exchanged between Recipients and the Customer's JobCatcher AI assistant in order to provide the service.

• To respond to demo requests and communicate with prospective Customers.
• To operate the missed-call text-back service on behalf of Customers.
• To improve and maintain the reliability of our service.

SMS Messaging and Consent

JobCatcher AI sends automated SMS text messages on behalf of the businesses that use our service. There are two ways you may receive messages from us:

• Missed-call text-back (primary service): When you place a phone call to a business that uses JobCatcher AI and your call is not answered, you may receive an automated SMS text message in response to your inquiry. By calling the business, you consent to receive these text messages. The message continues the service inquiry you began with your call.
• Demo requests: When you submit your phone number through the demo form on this website, you consent to receive SMS messages from JobCatcher AI related to your demo request.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
